Transit professionals with decades of experience in scheduling and all manner of agency work.
Our team has decades of transit experience expertise gained from agencies all over the United States and Canada. As transit schedulers, we understand the technical, and political, hurdles to developing and creating quality transit service.
We have built service picks from the ground up and trained scheduling teams to do so themselves. We’ve done and taught route mapping, scheduling building, run cutting, rostering.
But our experience goes beyond just scheduling. We’ve worked in operations, maintenance, and emergency management. We’ve overseen services changes large and small, managed capital projects, and built agency budgets. We have expertise in Trapeze and HASTUS, with CAD/AVL systems and APCs, with GIS and data analytics tools.
We are here to help transit agencies and scheduling professionals tap into the resources to understand the analytical techniques and adjustments required to achieve effective and profitable transit schedules, and positive customer experiences within budget and labor constraints.
