WHO WE ARE:
Ed is a recognized authority in transit service planning and implementation, with a strong track record of collaborating with government agencies on projects including rail, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and local bus services. His expertise in scheduling, runcutting, and statistical analysis enables him to create efficient schedules using Trapeze™ Scheduling Software, specifically the FX and Blockbuster modules. Having served as the Chief Schedule Maker for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA), Ed has worked with numerous agencies, such as Fresno (FAX) and Des Moines (DART), providing essential support and training. He is also a published author for Mass Transit Magazine, addressing key challenges in transit scheduling and implementation in articles such as “The Scheduling Conundrum in Mass Transit.”
